Public Scoping Meetings

Public scoping meetings on the NOI for the Draft Uranium Leasing Program Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (ULP PEIS) were held in August 2011.

The U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Legacy Management (LM), held public scoping meetings to obtain public comments on the scope of the ULP PEIS in four cities in Colorado and Utah in August 2011 on the dates shown below.
